Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy
Eden Lotus Ltd will replace any product that fails due to defects in workmanship or materials within the warranty period at no cost to you. The replacement product will carry the remaining warranty of the original item.
Who is Eligible?
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Misused, abused, modified, or accidentally damaged products.
- Repairs attempted by anyone other than Eden Lotus engineers.
- Products purchased from online auction sites.
- Battery cells that have not been fully charged within seven days of purchase and at least once every six months thereafter.

Refund Policy – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How to Return a Product
- Email us at hello@edenlotus.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Send it back to the return address provided by our team.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
