SERVICE DELIVERY — 4 STAGES
A clear path from first brief to signed-off deliverables
We run each engagement through a disciplined sequence—aligning scope, validating assumptions, coordinating delivery with trusted local specialists, and documenting decisions so stakeholders can review progress with confidence.
S-01
Define the Scope
Clarify objectives, decision-makers, markets, and constraints—then agree a practical plan, timeline, and outputs before work begins.
S-02
Validate the Market
Stress-test the opportunity with on-the-ground insight—regulatory context, partners, site realities, and commercial drivers—so choices are made on evidence, not optimism.
S-03
Develop & Coordinate
Translate analysis into action: introductions, partner coordination, project structuring, and delivery oversight—while regulated engineering or installation is handled by qualified providers where required.
S-04
Hand Over & Support
Provide concise, decision-ready documentation and next-step options—so internal teams, boards, and funders can move forward with a clear record and accountability.
SERVICE FAQ
Common questions before you engage
Clear answers on scope, fees, timelines, and how we work across UK and African markets. If your situation is specific, we’ll suggest the fastest next step and what we need to quote accurately.
Q-01
What types of engagements do you typically take on?
Most briefs fall into three patterns: a focused market-entry diagnostic (to validate demand, partners, and routes to market), a project-development sprint (to move an energy or infrastructure opportunity from concept to bankable next steps), or ongoing advisory on a monthly cadence. If the ask is too small to justify an engagement, we’ll say so and point you to a practical alternative.
Q-02
Do you work fixed-fee, retainer, or success-based?
We primarily work on fixed-fee scopes for defined projects, and retainers for ongoing advisory where priorities evolve over time. We don’t position ourselves as capital raisers and we avoid success-fee structures that can distort advice. Once we agree the scope, you’ll receive a clear deliverables list, assumptions, and timeline so fees stay predictable.
Q-03
How do you operate on the ground in Africa and Nigeria?
Eden Lotus leads the commercial work and coordinates delivery through trusted local specialists and partners where needed. That includes country-specific research, stakeholder access, and practical execution support. For regulated disciplines (for example engineering design, installation, or certain legal/regulatory filings), appropriately qualified local firms carry out that work under their own professional responsibility.
Q-04
What do you need from us to start and how involved is our team?
We aim to keep your time-light and decision-focused. We ask for a single accountable point of contact, an initial briefing call, and timely access to any existing materials (commercials, site information, past studies, or partner conversations). After that, we run structured check-ins at agreed milestones so momentum doesn’t depend on daily availability.
Q-05
What do we receive at handover and can we start under an NDA?
Yes—an NDA can be put in place before any sensitive detail is shared. At handover, you receive the agreed deliverables plus supporting notes and sources where appropriate: decision rationale, assumptions, stakeholder map, and a clear next-step plan. The output is designed to be portable—useful to your internal team and to external partners you appoint.
DOC / 04 — PROJECT INTAKE
Share your priorities. We’ll shape the engagement.
Send a short brief—market, asset, or opportunity—plus timing and constraints. A named lead will review it and come back with next steps, a clear scope, and a practical route to execution across Africa.
